Robin Writes

According to the Met Office, my sleepy little village was due nothing but rain or possibly sleet.  Well, we woke up to around 4 inches of snow in our back garden!  The school is still open, but I made the decision to keep my daughter off since it was quite icy and cold.  So today has been spent building Snowy the Snowdog, having snowball fights, drinking tea and hot chocolate and eating cake in front of the TV.

A cook I am not, but I’ve even gone as far as digging the slow-cooker out to make pork stew and dumplings for dinner!  Unfortunately, this means that I have done very little in the way of writing.  Oh well.  Tomorrow is another day.
